Nutty No-Bake Bars

20 Minutes • Servings: 12 Bars
Ditch those store bought bars and make your own protein bars, packed with clean and nutritious ingredients. Everything tastes better when you know it’s good for you. These quick ‘n easy protein bars are a great way to fill your body with extra protein and make your taste buds do the happy dance.

What you need

  • 1 1/4 Cup Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Nut Butter of Choice, we used Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Flakey Salt

How to do it

  1. LINE an 8-inch square pan with a piece of parchment paper.
  2. MIX together, in a large bowl, Vava Vanilla Dilettoso mix, protein powder, nut butter of choice butter, and one tablespoon of coconut oil.
  3. USE your hands to really mix well. It should eventually come together like playdough
  4. PRESS the dough into the prepared pan, then pop into the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. MELT the chocolate chips with 2 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, in a small pot over low heat. When half of the chips have melted, remove from heat and stir until smooth.
  6. REMOVE the pan from the freezer and slice into bars.
  7. POUR an even layer of melted chocolate, top with some flakey salt, and freeze again until set.
  8. STORE in the freezer for a week or longer, but you won’t resist them. Why would you? They are simply too good and nourishing.
