Almond butter (2 tbsp) = 8g
Chia seeds (1 tbsp) = 2g
Dates + seeds = ~1g

What you need
- 1 cup Dilettoso Vava Vanilla mix
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for texture + fiber)

How to do it
- SOAK dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if needed, then DRAIN.
- COMBINE Vava Vanilla mix, dates, almond butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, and chia seeds in a food processor.
- PROCESS until a sticky dough forms.
- ROLL into 1-inch balls.
- CHILL for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up.
