SOAK dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if needed, then DRAIN.
COMBINE Vava Vanilla mix, dates, almond butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, and chia seeds in a food processor.
PROCESS until a sticky dough forms.
ROLL into 1-inch balls.
CHILL for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up.
