Amalfi Lemon Poppy Seed Balls

What you need

  • 1 cup Dilettoso Vava Vanilla mix
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for texture + fiber)

How to do it

  1. SOAK dates in warm water for 5–10 minutes if needed, then DRAIN.
  2. COMBINE Vava Vanilla mix, dates, almond butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, and chia seeds in a food processor.
  3. PROCESS until a sticky dough forms.
  4. ROLL into 1-inch balls.
  5. CHILL for 30 minutes in the fridge to firm up.
