Soft Blueberry Cookies

What you need
- Cookies
- 1 cup Bella Berry Amore Mix
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (adjust for texture)
- Optional: 1 tsp vanilla or lemon zest
- Optional: 1/4 cup fresh or freeze-dried blueberries for a juicier pop
- Frosting
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or monk fruit
- 2 tbsp Bella Berry Amore mix
- 2–3 tbsp softened cream cheese or butter
- 1–2 tsp milk, to thin

How to do it
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C).
- BEAT butter in a bowl until creamy. Add egg + vanilla.
- MIX in Bella Berry mix and a splash of milk until a dough forms.
- FOLD in blueberries if using. Scoop onto parchment-lined tray.
- BAKE 9–11 minutes or until edges are set and centers soft. Cool completely.
- Frosting:
- WHIP until smooth and berry pink.
- PIPE or spoon on cooled cookies.
- TOP with blueberries or edible flowers
