Carrot Cake Protein Balls

These No-Bake Carrot Cake Protein Balls deliver the classic flavors you love in a fun, bite-sized form. With warm cinnamon, creamy peanut butter, and the natural sweetness of grated carrot, each ball is finished with a drizzle of white chocolate and a sprinkle of pecans for a satisfying crunch.
What you need
- Protein Balls:
- 1/2 cup Dilettoso's Vava Vanilla AMORE mix
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or honey
- 1 small grated carrot
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- Toppings:
- Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
- Extra grated carrot & chopped pecans
How to do it
- MIX all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- ADD peanut butter, syrup/honey, and grated carrot. Stir until combined.
- FOLD in shredded coconut.
- FREEZE dough for 30 mins to firm up.
- ROLL into 8 balls.
- DRIZZLE with white chocolate and decorate with carrot & pecans.
