Carrot Cake Protein Balls

These No-Bake Carrot Cake Protein Balls deliver the classic flavors you love in a fun, bite-sized form. With warm cinnamon, creamy peanut butter, and the natural sweetness of grated carrot, each ball is finished with a drizzle of white chocolate and a sprinkle of pecans for a satisfying crunch.

What you need

  • Protein Balls:
  • 1/2 cup Dilettoso's Vava Vanilla AMORE mix
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup or honey
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • Toppings:
  • Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
  • Extra grated carrot & chopped pecans

How to do it

  1. MIX all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. ADD peanut butter, syrup/honey, and grated carrot. Stir until combined.
  3. FOLD in shredded coconut.
  4. FREEZE dough for 30 mins to firm up.
  5. ROLL into 8 balls.
  6. DRIZZLE with white chocolate and decorate with carrot & pecans.
