Pinecone Chocolate Truffles

25 minutes (includes chill time) • 6 Medium Pinecones
Rich chocolate truffles shaped like pinecones, with a nutty base and a crunchy cornflake finish. A dusting of powdered sugar adds a snowy touch, making these treats perfect for festive snacking, gifting, or warm winter moments.

What you need

  • 1 cup Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta Baking Mix
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (add gradually)
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Cornflakes (for the pinecone look)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, snow effect ❄️)

How to do it

  1. MIX chocolate baking mix + nut butter.
  2. ADD milk little by little until dough forms.
  3. SWEETEN if needed.
  4. SHAPE into 6 oval truffles.
  5. PRESS cornflakes all around to form pinecones.
  6. CHILL 20–30 min, dust with powdered sugar & enjoy
