Choco-Nana Pancakes

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these decadent pancakes. Each fluffy bite is packed with rich cocoa flavor, perfectly complemented by freshly sliced bananas. Drizzle a generous amount of warm syrup over them, and watch it slowly seep into every crevice, adding a luxurious sweetness to this heavenly breakfast treat. Take it to the next level and caramelize your bananas for added flavor.

What you need

  • 1 Cup Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Water or milk of choice
  • Cooking spray of choice (we used avocado oil)
  • 1/2 Fresh Banana
  • Lots of syrup, agave or maple syrup
  • Yup, that's it!

How to do it

  1. MIX Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta mix with either water or milk (we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk).
  2. SPRAY your skillet with cooking oil of choice.
  3. POUR batter onto a skillet to make pancakes.
  4. REMOVE from the skillet and create a tall stack with the pancakes.
  5. SLICE up your banana to top the pancake with. Drizzle as much syrup as you desire.
  6. NOW enjoy!
