Chocolate Mousse Cups

These Chocolate Mousse Cups bring a touch of indulgence to your table. A rich, peanut butter-infused base is layered with creamy vanilla protein filling and topped with silky dark chocolate. Each bite is a harmonious blend of smooth and satisfying flavors, perfect for a dolce moment any time of day.

What you need

  • Base:
  • ⅓ cup Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • Filling:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Top:
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate
  • ½ tsp coconut oil

How to do it

  1. MIX base ingredients and press into 5 silicone muffin cups.
  2. MIX filling ingredients until creamy.
  3. SPOON filling over the base.
  4. MELT chocolate and oil in microwave, stir smooth, pour over each cup.
  5. FREEZE 15–20 mins until top is firm.
  6. STORE in fridge and enjoy!
