Chocolate Mousse Cups

Indulge in these Chocolate Mousse Cups, where a rich, peanut butter-infused base meets a creamy vanilla protein filling. Topped with a silky layer of dark chocolate, each bite is a perfect balance of smooth, sweet, and satisfying. A treat that feels decadent but keeps it light.

What you need

  • Base:
  • ⅓ cup Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • Filling:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Sweetener to taste
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Chocolate Top:
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate
  • ½ tsp coconut oil

How to do it

  1. MIX base ingredients and press into 5 silicone muffin cups.
  2. MIX filling ingredients until creamy.
  3. SPOON filling over the base.
  4. MELT chocolate and oil in microwave, stir smooth, pour over each cup.
  5. FREEZE 15–20 mins until top is firm.
  6. STORE in fridge and enjoy!
