Chocolate Mousse Cups

Indulge in these Chocolate Mousse Cups, where a rich, peanut butter-infused base meets a creamy vanilla protein filling. Topped with a silky layer of dark chocolate, each bite is a perfect balance of smooth, sweet, and satisfying. A treat that feels decadent but keeps it light.
What you need
- Base:
- ⅓ cup Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup oat flour
- Filling:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Sweetener to taste
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Chocolate Top:
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate
- ½ tsp coconut oil
How to do it
- MIX base ingredients and press into 5 silicone muffin cups.
- MIX filling ingredients until creamy.
- SPOON filling over the base.
- MELT chocolate and oil in microwave, stir smooth, pour over each cup.
- FREEZE 15–20 mins until top is firm.
- STORE in fridge and enjoy!
