Cinnamon Roll Protein Waffles

These waffles will power up your morning and keep you satisfied for hours. A flavor-packed dream swirling with vanilla vibes and a kick of cinnamon sass. Made with Dilettoso Vava Vanilla Pancake Mix and a touch of creamy Greek yogurt, they’re fluffy, filling, and downright fabulous—especially when topped with a luscious vanilla glaze.
What you need
- 1 cup of Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
- 1 tbsp of vanilla protein (your favorite)
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 whole egg
- 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of full fat greek yogurt
- Glaze
- 1 cup of powdered monk fruit (or regular)
- 2-3 tbsp of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
How to do it
- Mix all ingredients for the waffles, stir without over mixing.
- Pour some of the waffle batter on a waffle maker and let the waffles cook.
- Repeat this step with leftover batter.
- Mix the ingredients for the glaze, drizzle over waffles.
