What you need
- 1 1/2 cups of Choc-O-Lotta Dilettoso Mix
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 2/3 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
- 3/4 cup chocolate butter
- 2 large organic eggs
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- For the Filling:
- 1 block of of cream cheese room temperature
- 2 tbsp of matcha powder
- 1 cup of powdered monk fruit
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

How to do it
- Preheat Oven: 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine Dilettoso pancake mix, baking powder, salt, and monk fruit sweetener in a bowl.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in chocolate butter and eggs until a cohesive dough forms.
- Shape Cookies: Form into 10 large cookies and place on the baking sheet.
