Dubai Chocolate Cake

Experience the luxury of flavors with this Dubai Chocolate Cake. Rich chocolate layers meet a creamy pistachio filling, accented by the delicate crunch of katafi dough. Topped with a luscious cacao frosting and adorned with pistachios and white chocolate, it’s a show-stopping treat fit for royalty.

What you need

  • Cake
  • 1 package of Dilettoso's Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Dubai Chocolate Filling
  • 1/2 cup of pistachio butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
  • 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup of katafi dough (shredded and baked)
  • Frosting
  • 1 cup of whole milk greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of room temperature cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Crushed Pistachios & melted White Chocolate for decorating

How to do it

  1. PREHEAT your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or round cake pan.
  2. COMBINE Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix with the rest of the ingredients for the cake in a mixing bowl.
  3. POUR the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. SLICE in half and let it cool down.
  5. MIX the ingredients for the filling.
  6. MIX the ingredients for the frosting.
  7. SLICE the cake in half and spread the filling over one part of the cake and top with the other half.
  8. COVER the cake with frosting.
  9. DECORATE with crushed pistachios and white chocolate
  10. SLICE and enjoy!
