Dubai Chocolate Cake

What you need
- Cake
- 1 package of Dilettoso's Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 large eggs
- Dubai Chocolate Filling
- 1/2 cup of pistachio butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of powdered monk fruit
- 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup of katafi dough (shredded and baked)
- Frosting
- 1 cup of whole milk greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of cacao powder
- 1/2 cup of powdered monk fruit
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Crushed Pistachios & melted White Chocolate for decorating
How to do it
- PREHEAT your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or round cake pan.
- COMBINE Choc-o-Lotta Amore Mix with the rest of the ingredients for the cake in a mixing bowl.
- POUR the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- SLICE in half and let it cool down.
- MIX the ingredients for the filling.
- MIX the ingredients for the frosting.
- SLICE the cake in half and spread the filling over one part of the cake and top with the other half.
- COVER the cake with frosting.
- DECORATE with crushed pistachios and white chocolate
- SLICE and enjoy!
