Fudgy Chocolate Baked Pancake Sheet

This Fudgy Chocolate Baked Pancake Sheet is the ultimate breakfast-meets-dessert treat. Made with Dilettoso’s Choc-o-lotta mix, creamy Greek yogurt, and a touch of sweetness, it’s soft, rich, and oh-so-easy to bake. Top it with ice cream or a sprinkle of sea salt for a sweet delight.

What you need

  • 1 cup Dilettoso's Choc-o-lotta Amore Mix
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or mashed banana for dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil or melted butter
  • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, cashews, banana slice, berries, or a light dusting of sea salt

How to do it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a small rectangular or square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. WHISK egg, milk, yogurt, oil, and optional sweetener in a bowl until smooth.
  3. ADD Dilettoso's Choc-o-lotta AMORE Mix and stir until just combined.
  4. POUR into the lined pan and spread evenly.
  5. TOP with desired extras (choc chips, zest, etc.).
  6. BAKE for 18–22 minutes, until set in the center but still soft — it will firm up slightly as it cools.
  7. COOL, slice, and enjoy warm, chilled, or even frozen as a fudgy snack!
