Bring Italian dolce to your day with this High Protein Marble Bread. Made with Dilettoso’s Vava Vanilla and Choc-o-lotta mixes, protein powder, and creamy yogurt, it’s soft, rich, and full of flavor. Each slice offers luscious chocolate swirls and vanilla goodness. A nutritious, gluten-free treat for health-conscious dessert lovers.
What you need
- 1 ½ cups Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
- 1 ½ cups Choc-o-lotta Dilettoso Mix
- ½ cup vanilla or flavorless protein powder (whey or plant-based)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- ½ cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Toppings: Healthy Chocolate sauce or Frosting (optional)

How to do it
- PREHEAT & Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- MIX the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar, until smooth.
- DIVIDE the Batter: In one bowl, mix Dilettoso Vava Vanilla Mix with with ¼ cup protein powder, half the wet ingredients and 1 tsp baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta Mix with with ¼ cup protein powder, the remaining wet ingredients, and 1 tsp baking powder.
- SWIRL & BAKE: Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the loaf pan. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the batters together for a marbled effect. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- COOL & Enjoy: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
