No-Bake Sea Salt Brownies

These No Bake Sea Salt Brownies are the perfect blend of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and a touch of maple sweetness. Made with Dilettoso’s Choc-o-lotta Amore Mix, they’re quick, easy, and topped with flaky sea salt for that irresistible sweet-and-salty combo. No oven, no fuss. Just pure indulgence.
What you need
- 2 cups Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta Amore Mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra depth)
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
How to do it
- LINE your pan – Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper, letting extra hang over the sides for easy lifting later.
- MIX dry ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together the Dilettoso mix and cocoa powder until combined.
- ADD wet ingredients – Stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla (if using) until the mixture is thick and fully combined. You can use a sturdy spatula or even your hands if needed.
- PRESS into pan – Transfer mixture into your lined pan. Use a spatula (or the back of a spoon) to press firmly and evenly into all corners.
- TOP & set – Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or in the freezer for 30–45 minutes, until firm.
- SLICE & serve – Lift the brownies out using the parchment, cut into 16 squares, and store in the fridge
