No-Bake Twix Bars

“Twix, but make it healthy. 🍫”
Yes, you read that right. This recipe takes the classic Twix bar you know and love and gives it a wholesome, gluten-free makeover. Crunchy cookie, rich caramel, and a chocolatey coating... now all without the guilt!
What you need
- Shortbread Base:
- 1 Cup Vava Vanilla Amore Mix
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- Caramel
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Topping
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
How to do it
- Shortbread:
- Mix 1 cup Vava Vanilla Amore Mix with 1/2 cup of coconut oil and pat it down into a dish lined with parchment paper.
- Caramel:
- Combine coconut milk and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens and darkens slightly.
- Remove from heat, then stir in almond butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Let it cool and thicken slightly before pouring over your shortbread base.
- Freeze the layers together for 30 minutes
- Cut into Twix shapes
- Chocolate:
- Melt 1/3 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoons of coconut oil
- Pour over the shortbread and caramel and freeze again for 15 minutes
