- 1 ¼ cups Vava Vanilla Dilettoso mix
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- For the Pomegranate Limoncello Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp fresh pomegranate juice (for color + flavor)
- 1–2 tsp limoncello (adjust to taste. For alcohol free, use sweetened lemon juice)
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice for brightness
- For Decoration
- Fresh pomegranate arils
- Lemon zest ribbon

How to do it
- PREHEAT the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly GREASE a small Bundt pan.
- COMBINE the Vava Vanilla mix, eggs, melted butter, milk, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- POUR batter into the Bundt pan and SMOOTH the top.
- BAKE for 20–28 minutes, depending on your pan size, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- COOL the cake completely before glazing.
- WHISK powdered sugar, pomegranate juice, and limoncello to create a glossy pink glaze.
- DRIZZLE generously over the cooled Bundt.
- TOP with fresh pomegranate arils and lemon zest just before serving.
