Protein Brownie Pistachio Truffles

These Protein Brownie Pistachio Truffles are a decadent yet wholesome treat. Made with Dilettoso's Choc-o-lotta Amore Mix, high-protein Greek yogurt, and a crunchy chocolate cereal base, they’re perfect for a guilt-free indulgence.
What you need
- Truffle Mixture
- 1 1/2 cup of Dilettoso Choc-O-Lotta Gluten Free Amore Mix
- 2/3 cup of whole milk high-protein Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp of nut milk
- 2 cups of gluten-free chocolate cereal (crushed)
- Coating
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate wafers
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 2 tbsp of crushed pistachios
- Sea Salt Flakes
How to do it
- MIX the Dilettoso Amore mix, cereal, yogurt and nut milk in a large bowl.
- FORM 10 golf ball size truffles and refrigerate for a few minutes.
- MELT the chocolate with the coconut oil using the Bain Mary method in the microwave.
- DIP each truffle in the melted chocolate and top with sea salt flakes & crushed pistachios.
- REFRIGERATE for a few minutes and enjoy!
