Protein Cheesecake Cups

Indulge in layers of creamy, dreamy goodness with these Protein Cheesecake Cups. A subtly sweet vanilla base meets a velvety cheesecake layer, topped with a burst of strawberry and a dollop of whipped cream.

What you need

  • Base
  • 1 cup of Dilettoso's Vava Vanilla Amore Mix
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • Cheesecake layer
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp of sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • Toppings & Extras
  • 1/4 cup of strawberry fruit spread (no sugar added jam)
  • Whipped Cream
  • Sliced Strawberries

How to do it

  1. MIX the ingredients for the base
  2. POUR the mix in 2 glasses.
  3. ADD a layer of fruit spread on top.
  4. BLEND the ingredients for the cheesecake and top each cheesecake base with it.
  5. TOP with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
