Protein Cheesecake Cups

Indulge in layers of creamy, dreamy goodness with these Protein Cheesecake Cups. A subtly sweet vanilla base meets a velvety cheesecake layer, topped with a burst of strawberry and a dollop of whipped cream.
What you need
- Base
- 1 cup of Dilettoso's Vava Vanilla Amore Mix
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tbsp of raw honey
- Cheesecake layer
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of granulated monk fruit
- 1 tbsp of sugar-free vanilla pudding
- Toppings & Extras
- 1/4 cup of strawberry fruit spread (no sugar added jam)
- Whipped Cream
- Sliced Strawberries
How to do it
- MIX the ingredients for the base
- POUR the mix in 2 glasses.
- ADD a layer of fruit spread on top.
- BLEND the ingredients for the cheesecake and top each cheesecake base with it.
- TOP with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
