Pumpkin Temptation

A single-serving wonder that's perfect for a cozy night in. Made with protein powder, it's both indulgent and nutritious. The flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg combine to create a warming, aromatic experience that's sure to satisfy.

What you need

  • 1/2 Cup Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Protein Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tablespoons Nut Butter of Choice
  • 1/3 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Cooking spray of choice (we used avocado oil)
  • Toppings: Sugar-free Vanilla Ice-cream, Dash of Cinnamon

How to do it

  1. ADD egg, pumpkin puree, nut butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a bowl.
  2. SIFT IN Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix and protein powder into the same bowl as last step.
  3. STIR until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. POUR batter into a microwave-safe mug (minimum size 1 cup).
  5. MICROWAVE on high power for about 60 seconds.
  6. SERVE and enjoy warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
