What you need

  • 1 cup Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh herbs (e.g., dill, thyme, or basil)
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

How to do it

  1. Preheat a waffle iron and grease it lightly.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, olive oil, seasoning herbs, then add the Vava vanilla Dilettoso mix and combine.
  3. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes, then pour batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
