How to do it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or cake pan.
  2. WHISK together the melted butter, egg, Vava Vanilla Mix, and milk until smooth. This is your vanilla batter.
  3. MIX the melted butter or oil, egg, Bella Berry Mix, and milk until fully combined. This is your berry batter.
  4. POUR the vanilla batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. SCOOP dollops of berry batter on top of the vanilla layer using a gelato scoop (or large spoon).
  6. SWIRL gently with a long toothpick or skewer, creating beautiful marbled patterns without overmixing.
  7. BAKE for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. REMOVE from the oven, pour 2 tablespoons of honey while the cake is still warm. Then let it cool off, before slicing to admire the marbled effect.
  9. ENJOY with Greek yogurt
