What you need

  • 1½ cups Dilettoso Vava Vanilla Amore Mix
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ cup milk (or plant-based)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra vanilla punch)
  • Optional topping: coarse sugar or flaky sea salt

How to do it

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prep muffin tin (liners or spray).
  2. WHISK together in a bowl: eggs, milk, butter, honey, and vanilla.
  3. FOLD in Vava Vanilla Amore mix and sage just until combined.
  4. FILL muffin cups about ¾ full. Sprinkle tops with sugar or salt if using.
  5. BAKE 14–17 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. COOL slightly. Serve warm with butter or honey.
