What you need
- 1½ cups Dilettoso Vava Vanilla Amore Mix
- 2 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
- ½ cup milk (or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra vanilla punch)
- Optional topping: coarse sugar or flaky sea salt

How to do it
- PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prep muffin tin (liners or spray).
- WHISK together in a bowl: eggs, milk, butter, honey, and vanilla.
- FOLD in Vava Vanilla Amore mix and sage just until combined.
- FILL muffin cups about ¾ full. Sprinkle tops with sugar or salt if using.
- BAKE 14–17 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- COOL slightly. Serve warm with butter or honey.
