AMORE Mix is your shortcut to baking perfection. It’s an organic, gluten-free, no-added-sugar baking mix that helps you makemorewith less fuss: muffins, cookies, cakes, breads… and yes, pancakes too (just add water for those!).
We called it AMORE because every bite is made with love. Light, airy, and ridiculously easy to whip up, it comes in three bold flavors and delivers big bakery energy in minutes. No stress, no junk, just the only mix you’ll ever need.

Indeed, our products are USDA Certified Organic. We want to support organic farmers who focus on the environment and producing quality ingredients. We are very picky about who we source from and go through a very lengthy process when sourcing new ingredients.

Yes, our products meet the strict standards to be certified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).

Our products contain None of the 9 major allergens, also called the Big Nine: milk, eggs, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, fish, peanuts, soy, and sesame.

Our baking mixes have a shelf life of 1 year. Because we use natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives in our products, they have a shorter shelf life than some conventional products.

Yes! Just add water and you’re good to go. But if you’re feeling a little adventurous, adding oil or an egg can make your pancakes or waffles even richer and more satisfying. Either way, it’s delicious.

One box of mix can approximately make: Fifteen 4" waffles or Six 7" waffles

Dilettoso Vanilla pancakes are excellent. The directions are easy to follow and adaptable to your tastes (I added a touch of vanilla). Our pancake meal provided a filling breakfast that satiated our hunger for hours, not like typical wheat flour or other gf flour pancakes-I credit the oatmeal flour. The flour allows for a nice batter and substantial pancakes. Well done Dilettoso!
