Brownie Batter Protein Balls

Packed with rich chocolate flavor from our Choc-o-lotta AMORE mix and chocolate protein powder, these no-bake bites are the perfect blend of decadence and nutrition. Each ball is studded with mini chocolate chips, coated in a luscious chocolate shell, and topped with sprinkles for a fun, irresistible finish. Easy to make and perfect for a post-workout snack or a sweet pick-me-up.

What you need

  • 1/4 cup Choc-o-lotta AMORE Mix
  • 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

How to do it

  1. COMBINE Choc-o-lotta AMORE Mix, protein powder, nut butter, and milk in a food processor.
  2. PULSE until a slightly tacky crumb forms— you should be able to easily roll into a ball.
  3. ADD 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and pulse until just combined.
  4. ROLL into 10-12 balls, allow to firm in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or longer.
  5. MELT remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips; 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
  6. DIP the balls in the chocolate, fully coating them.
  7. COVER with sprinkles (optional), then back in the fridge until chocolate hardens.
