Brownie Batter Protein Balls

Packed with rich chocolate flavor from our Choc-o-lotta AMORE mix and chocolate protein powder, these no-bake bites are the perfect blend of decadence and nutrition. Each ball is studded with mini chocolate chips, coated in a luscious chocolate shell, and topped with sprinkles for a fun, irresistible finish. Easy to make and perfect for a post-workout snack or a sweet pick-me-up.
What you need
- 1/4 cup Choc-o-lotta AMORE Mix
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
How to do it
- COMBINE Choc-o-lotta AMORE Mix, protein powder, nut butter, and milk in a food processor.
- PULSE until a slightly tacky crumb forms— you should be able to easily roll into a ball.
- ADD 1/4 cup of the chocolate chips and pulse until just combined.
- ROLL into 10-12 balls, allow to firm in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or longer.
- MELT remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips; 1 teaspoon coconut oil.
- DIP the balls in the chocolate, fully coating them.
- COVER with sprinkles (optional), then back in the fridge until chocolate hardens.
