Vegan ChocoNana Waffles

It’s time to grab your waffle iron because we’re making some delish vegan chocolate-banana waffles now! This breakfast/brunch/snack/dessert beauty is pretty simple to whip up, and it features basic ingredients that you most likely have on hand. They are entirely gluten-free, and with no sugar added, thanks to the Dilettoso oat-based mix!
ADD milk of choice and Dilettoso Choc-o-lotta Mix, to a medium bowl, and whisk until combined. Do not over-mix. Set aside.
CUT half of a banana into thin slices. Set aside.
FOLD the chocolate chunks and banana slices into the chocolate batter and give it a gentle stir.
HEAT and grease a waffle iron. Once hot, scoop 2 tablespoons of batter and cook according to waffle maker instructions. We suggest to cook them for an extra minute.
REMOVE waffles from the iron and repeat until there is no more batter left.
TOP waffles with your favorite yogurt, extra chocolate chunks and fresh banana slices.
