Vegan Cookie Dough

Delve your spoon into this indulgent and unbelievably tempting cookie dough. An exquisite delight, brimming with plant proteins and sumptuous fibers.

What you need

  • 1/3 Cup Dilettoso Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix
  • 1 1/2 Cups Organic Chickpeas (from can, drained and rinsed)
  • 3 Tablespoons Nut Butter Almond, Peanut or Cashew Butter
  • Milk of Choice, Optional to adjust texture
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips

How to do it

  1. DRAIN and rinse canned chickpeas or white beans.
  2. ADD nut butter and VaVa Vanilla Mix, to a blender. Process until smooth, adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk if the cookie dough is too thick.
  3. STIR in your sugar-free dark chocolate chips into chickpea cookie dough, and transfer into a jar.
  4. REFRIGERATE for an hour or if you can't resist, enjoy right away!
