Blueberry Pannacotta Bites

A blueberry twist on the classic Italian dessert, these no-bake energy bites are creamy, fruity, and gluten-free with a protein boost. NO-BAKE recipe perfect for hot Summer days!

What you need

  • 1 cup Dilettoso Bella Berry mix
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Optional)
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese ( or coconut cream)
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1–2 tbsp milk if needed
  • Optional: lemon zest

How to do it

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. STIR until smooth and firm.
  3. ROLL into balls.
  4. REFRIGERATE for 30 minutes.
