Microwave Mug Cake

1 Tablespoon Melted Organic Butter or Oil of Choice
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Collagen Powder (Optional)

How to do it
MIX together the egg, milk of choice, and oil directly in a microwave safe mug. Add the Vava Vanilla Dilettoso mix and collagen powder (optional), then stir to combine.
ADD 1 Tablespoon of chocolate chips and stir without over-mixing.
MICROWAVE until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minute 45 seconds.
